**What you will do**
- Review and analyze system specifications;
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results;
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects;
- Report bugs and errors to development teams in Jira;
- Help troubleshoot issues;
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle;
- Designing and executing test cases and test scripts to understand their functionality, usability, and performance, and helping the development team identify issues for correction;
- Creating and maintaining test cases, test scripts, test reports, and test documentation in xRay;
- Participating in Agile-Scrum development processes and providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement;
- Conducting root cause analysis for defects and recommending corrective action.

**Must haves**
- **3+ years** of experience working as a **QA Engineer** or **Test Engineer**;
- Experienced in automation testing tools like **Selenium**, **JUnit**, **TestNG**, and **Pytest**;
- Experienced in **API testing tools** like Postman, Swagger, Apache JMeter, SoapUI, etc.;
- Experienced in **Java** and **Python** programming;
- Experienced in planning, designing, writing, and executing test cases and test scripts;
- Experienced with tools like **Jira, xRay, GitHub, GitLab, etc.**;
- Good understanding of the **Agile scrum methodologies**;
- Should have excellent analytical, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills;




- Basic database knowledge: MySQL, Postgres, etc.;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to think outside the box to develop multiple scenarios and identify non-traditional test cases to incorporate negative testing, edge cases etc.;
- Quick learner and passion for troubleshooting;
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Dynamic and proactive/demonstrate initiative;
- Excellent organizational skills, including a good sense of priority management, can quickly adapt to change;
- Experience in the technology sector within a SaaS company or procurement sector is an asset;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
