As a **Social Media Coordinator**, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand presence and engagement across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for crafting compelling captions, scheduling and posting content, engaging with our audience, and maintaining our social media channels to ensure consistency and relevance.

**What You'll Do**:

- Write captivating and on-brand captions for social media posts, ensuring they resonate with our target audience, convey our brand message effectively and aligns to our SEO strategy.
- Schedule and post content across all social media channels according to the content calendar, optimizing posting times for maximum reach and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally, fostering positive interactions and addressing customer concerns.
- Maintain and update social media channels, including Instagram highlights, profile pictures, banners, and Google My Business (GMB) photos,



ensuring they reflect our brand identity and are visually appealing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve our social media strategy and performance.

**What You'll Bring To The Team**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive captions that resonate with the target audience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and engage with followers on social media platforms.
- Knowledge on social media management tools as SproutSocial, Hubspot, Hootsuit, Buffer, etc.
