This is a remote position.

Scope
- Primarily weekend shifts, with some weekday hours assisting with HR/recruiting functions
- Schedule: Saturday Sunday shift: 5:00pm - 5:00am PST with 30mins paid break (8:00am - 8:00 pm Colombia Time) and Monday to Tuesday or Wednesday between 8am and 6pmResponsibilities:
- Monitor Field Operations: Continuously monitor field activities remotely using a computer and phone to ensure the safety and security of our assets and personnel- Emergency and Non-Emergency Calls: Receive and handle both emergency and non-emergency calls from field personnel, clients, and others as needed. Record relevant information accurately and efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Address problems and requests from field personnel by transmitting essential information or providing appropriate solutions.
- Schedule Monitoring: Monitor the scheduling system to ensure that all security guards are properly clocked in. Fill vacancies as needed and update the schedule accurately and accordingly.
- Real-Time Tracking: Monitor the agents' patrols and scans,



ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- Call Prioritization: Prioritize incoming calls/messages based on urgency and importance, taking immediate action when necessary.
- Dispatch Coordination: Use phone or computer systems to dispatch onsite agents, patrol agents, or other field units to appropriate locations in response to incidents or client requests.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Enter data into the computer system and maintain detailed logs and records of all calls, activities, and other pertinent information.
- Report Review: Review and approve reports generated during your shift.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management to support the smooth operation of field activities.
