As a Global Admissions Advisor, and under the supervision of the Commercial Director of LCI Education for LATAM and Europe, your main responsibility will be to manage the admission process for international students. This includes providing guidance on academic programs, admission requirements, and procedures. Your role involves establishing relationships with international education agencies, promoting the institution’s campuses in key markets, and supporting the recruitment of students from diverse regions of the world. Additionally, you must ensure that the admissions processes are carried out efficiently, working in coordination with various departments while maintaining a strong focus on student satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote LCI's four campuses: Montreal, Vancouver, Barcelona, and Melbourne.
- Design and implement marketing strategies aimed at recruiting students for each campus.
- Establish new agreements with education agencies and partners that can help promote the brand.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner agencies.
- Assist and admit students referred by international education agencies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the role.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS




- University degree in areas such as Education, Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, sales, or educational marketing, preferably with an international focus.
- Proven experience managing relationships with international educational agencies and student recruitment processes for educational institutions.
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

**Knowledge of**:

- Admission processes for international students and visa requirements.
- CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Educational regulations and student mobility frameworks at a integral level.
- Trends in international student recruitment.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
