This role is a functional role to support SAP Change Management practices using RevTrac for change management. The resource should also have technical skills in the SAP BASIS area of expertise. This is a hybrid role based in Bogotá.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Support Rev-Trac users
- Develop, implement, and governs process and standards related to SAP change and transport management
- Review/approve exception requests related to transports
- Board member for the “SAP” CAB meeting to review changes
- SAP Governance spoke person for the demand evaluation meeting
- Provides governance and oversight of the SAP Landscape
- Facilitate status meetings and release planning meetings
- Build detailed workbooks per monthly release to determine to scope
- Run weekly change reports and verify MSCM documentation is approved
- Continuous improvement to make each release process better and faster
- Verbal and written communications to teams and stakeholders
- Will require weekend work one weekend per quarter (Mar, Jun, Sep, Dec)

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree administrative areas
- Experience with SAP Rev-Trac
- Fluent in English
- SAP Basis knowledge
- 3 years of experience working knowledge of SAP TMS (Transportation Management) process
- STMS/STMS_IMPORT transactions knowledge
- Project Management
- SAP experience in SAP Change and Release Management
- Proficiency with MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- SAP Solution Manager / Tricentis expérience is a advantageous
