About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Payroll to lead and evolve our payroll operations across the Americas, based in Bogotá.

This is a high-impact leadership role, where you will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while driving transformation, governance, and continuous improvement across the function.

You will partner closely with HR, Finance, and external providers, playing a key role in strengthening payroll operations and supporting strategic decision-making across the region.

**- What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Lead **end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries in LATAM and the US**:

- Ensure compliance with **statutory, tax, labor, and regulatory requirements**:

- Manage and optimize relationships with **external payroll vendors**:

- Drive **process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives**:

- Support **internal and external audits**, ensuring data accuracy and readiness
- Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership teams
- Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery aligned with SLAs
- Lead and develop a **team**

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Must Have**:

- 12+ years of experience across **payroll, HR, finance, or tax compliance**:

- Strong experience managing **multi-country payroll operations across LATAM and the US**:

- Proven **leadership experience** managing teams and stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of **payroll legislation and compliance across the Americas**:

- Experience working with **external payroll providers and vendor management**:

- Ability to operate in a **integral, matrixed environment**:

- **Fluent**English**Level

**Nice to Have**:





- Experience in **shared services environments**:

- Exposure to **payroll transformation or system implementations**:

- Background in **manufacturing or regulated industries**:

- Experience with payroll systems such as **ADP, SAP, Workday**
