Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a U.S.based immigration law firm seeking a **Business Immigration Consultant** to assist with **business immigration case preparation**. This role is adecuado for someone experienced with U.S. visa categories such as **E2 investor visas** and **L1 intercompany transferees**, who can work independently and deliver high-quality results in a remote setting.

The consultant will collaborate closely with the attorney, managing documentation, timelines, and client files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in every case.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and organize documentation for E2, L1, and other business immigration visa categories.

- Maintain client files and ensure all required materials are complete and up to date.

- Coordinate with the attorney to collect and verify necessary information.





- Manage deadlines and follow up on pending case materials.

- Ensure clear communication and organization throughout each case process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **U.S. business immigration law**, particularly with E2 and L1 visas.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

- Availability during U.S. business hours.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience using immigration case management systems.

- Prior work supporting attorneys or legal teams remotely.

- Knowledge of visa documentation and compliance standards.
