We are looking for an Account Executive - Inbound/Outbound to support our clientele.
- At least 1 year of Customer Service or Inbound/Outbound Support experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented; strong analytical and critical thinking skills required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (B2 to C1 or higher level in English Level in EF Standard English Test) and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, ActiveCampaign, Wrike, Cognito, Slack,
and client-facing communication.
- Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
Additional Information:
- Work hours are generally within standard business hours in the US. There may be some flexibility but that would depend on the client and is not guaranteed.
- 100% Home-based.
Schedule and Compensation:
- COP 4'000.000$ to 4'500.000$ (Negotiable based on experience)
