**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Medical Records Management**:

- Request medical records from providers and track their status.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to ensure timely receipt.

- **Filevine Updates**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case information within **Filevine**.
- Upload documents, notes, and records, ensuring files remain current and well organized.

- **Discovery Preparation**:

- Draft discovery documents for attorney review.
- Ensure all drafts meet quality and format standards.

- **Client Communication**:

- Conduct follow-ups with clients as needed to obtain updates, information, or signatures.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic communication style.

- **Paralegal Support**:

- Provide direct administrative and case management support to the firms paralegal.
- Assist with case-related tasks to keep matters moving efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 years of legal support experience**,



preferably in personal injury or similar practice areas.
- Familiarity with **Filevine** or similar legal case management systems.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
