**About the Role**

**Client Consulting & Solution Design**
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals
- Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture

**Implementation & Delivery**
- Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives
- Provide post-implementation consulting and optimization services

**Pre-Sales & Advisory**
- Support pre-sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development
- Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities

**Collaboration & Support**
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery
- Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality

**Qualifications**
- **5+ years of consulting experience** with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full-cycle implementations
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions
- Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as **Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science,



or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reporting to the **Consulting Manager**, this is a **client-facing consulting role** focused on delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your deep product knowledge and consulting experience to guide them through discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support.

**Salary & Benefits**
- The total hourly rate for this role is $23 to $27 USD, depending on years of comparable experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring.
