**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze datasets, improve data quality, and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement integrations for enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Zendesk, Genesys).
- Lead portions of the delivery lifecycle: discovery, configuration, implementation, and optimization.
- Conduct code reviews, create technical documentation, and ensure best-practice adherence.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across integrations and enterprise systems.
- Contribute to pre-sales by supporting scoping, estimating, and solution design.
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing across the team.
- Ensure high standards of data governance, security, and process compliance.

**Requirements**:

- **6+ years** in data engineering, analytics, or enterprise integrations.
- **2+ years** in client-facing consulting roles.
- Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Language Requirement**
- **English: B2 required
