As a Sales Agent you will manage the sales cycle, from prospecting and acquiring new potential customers to closing deals and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize each customer relationship's value, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service and support,



leveraging team resources to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**: Studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics related.
- **Experience**: At least** 6 months** of experience in bilingual sales, lead generation, cross-selling, customer service, or a related field.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract
- **Places**: Only for Colombia. This position is 100% remote
- **Salary**: 2,500,000 COP to 3,000,000 COP, plus commissions.
