Business Development / Sales Executive / Account Executive (B2B, SaaS) role at Vujis. This is a sales execution role focused on closing deals — not partnerships, strategy, or market research.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery calls and product demos in Spanish (English as needed)
- Qualify prospects on budget, authority, need, and timing
- Handle objections around pricing, trust, and competitor comparisons
- Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in the CRM
- Follow up consistently via email, WhatsApp, and calls
- Close new B2B SaaS customers on a monthly basis
- 80% of the leads are inbound but you are expected to do cold outreach too
Qualifications
- 1–4 years experience closing B2B SaaS or software deals
- Experience carrying a quota and being directly responsible for revenue
- Fluent Spanish and strong English
- Comfortable selling subscriptions or annual contracts
- Organized, persistent, and results-driven
- Based in LATAM and available during LATAM working hours
Compensation
- Base salary: $1,000–$1,700 USD/month (depending on experience and location)
- Performance-based commission
- Clear monthly targets and performance expectations
- Strong performers can earn $50k–$80k+ USD/year
