**About the Role**

We are looking for a driven **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to help build qualified pipeline opportunities through a strategic, personalized outbound approach.

This is **not high-volume cold outreach** — we’re looking for someone who can build trust, identify business needs, and create meaningful conversations with decision-makers.

**What You’ll Do**- Use **LinkedIn & Sales Navigator** for research and engagement
- Identify operational pain points and business opportunities
- Qualify leads and create strong **Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)** for the sales team
- Maintain CRM documentation and outreach activity
- Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales teams to improve performance

**What You Bring**
- Experience in **Sales Development, Business Development, or B2B outbound sales**
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with **LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outbound outreach**
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced English preferred
