**Role Objective**:
Support the demand planning process by ensuring forecast accuracy, data integrity, and proper execution across a complex portfolio.

**Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)**
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning roles.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas; macros are a plus).
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Rapid Response, Oracle, or similar).




- Proven experience managing complex product portfolios and multiple demand streams.

**Key Skills**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of forecasting processes, demand drivers, and forecast adjustment validation.
- Ability to ensure process discipline and data quality.
- Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain).
- Proactive mindset to identify risks, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
- High level of organization, planning, and follow-up.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the end-to-end demand planning process is executed correctly and on time.
- Review, validate, and challenge forecast adjustments to ensure completeness, consistency, and business rationale.
- Collaborate with the Demand Planning Leader to ensure process stability and continuous improvement.

**Desirable Requirements (Nice to Have)**
- Supply Chain certifications (APICS CPIM, CSCP, IBF).
