**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in Kotlin-based Android development, with strong experience in Jetpack Compose for UI development.
- Strong understanding of React Native design patterns and how they translate to native Android development.
- Proficiency in working with databases, including relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Experience with automated testing frameworks like Espresso Testing and Compose UI Testing.
- Knowledge of deployment pipelines (CI/CD), with the ability to collaborate with platform teams to ensure smooth mobile app deployment.
- Familiarity with networking protocols and working with WebSockets.
- Good understanding of API design principles and best practices.
- Experience working in agile development environments.

- GraphQL knowledge, especially around query optimization and API consumption in mobile apps.

- Experience in performance tuning for mobile apps (e.g., memory management, API call optimization).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and optimize code for performance.
