**Legal Assistant with Experience in Injuries**

**On-Site**:Medellín, Barranquilla, Bogotá.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in facilitating clients' cases, guiding them through negotiations to reach final settlements with our attorneys. Your contributions are critical to streamlining the process and ensuring that clients receive their settlement funds in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a Settlement Memo in our case management software to review numbers in settlement conferences with clients.
- Confirm balances of all recent invoices on file for all medical providers.
- Coordinate and negotiate reductions with medical providers.
- Review Final Settlement Breakdown and confirm all providers.
- Request settlement checks.
- Schedule and attend Settlement Appointments with clients.
- Assist in file closing tasks.
- Other duties as needed.





**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred.
- At least two (2) years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- **PERSONAL INJURY experience (REQUIRED).**:

- Knowledge of spreadsheets and data reporting.
- Proficient in Office365.
- Accounting experience.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Notary certification is preferred.

**Shift**: Monday - Friday 7:00am to 4:00 pm. // 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

**Salary**: 2'700.000
