- Proven experience as a Professional Services Architect, Consultant or Pre-Sales Engineer.
- Relevant networking and/or security certifications such as NSE, CISSP, GIAC, CCNP, CCIE, CCFA, or equivalent are a plus
- Ability to flex working hours to accommodate customer time zones.
- Bachelor's / University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Experience implementing, supporting and operating Fortinet products is a strong plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

**Job Duties**




- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical constraints during solution, transitional and delivery phases.
- Provide remote and onsite technical consulting expertise in the development of the solution, transition, and delivery strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
- Test existing systems and processes, identifying technical requirements and potential challenges during both transition and delivery.
- Support the design and architect solutions, considering scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure the implementation of the solutions aligns with the overall strategy.
- Conduct reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with architecture principles and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Educate customers on best practices for configuring, monitoring and operating Fortinet solutions.
- Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including design summaries, configuration details, and as-built documentation.
- Perform knowledge transfer sessions to customer technical teams to ensure operational readiness.
