**Position Overview**
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual **Sales Manager** to lead and inspire a team of 5-10 sales representatives. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about coaching, driving performance, and achieving ambitious sales targets. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead & Motivate**: Manage, coach, and develop a team of 5-10 sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed performance goals.
- **Drive Results**: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs—including our benchmark of **1 sale per hour per rep**—and implement strategies to optimize team performance.
- **Recruit & Train**: Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a high-performing sales team.
- **Analyze & Optimize**: Review call metrics, conversion rates, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with U.S.based leadership to align on campaign goals, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
- **Ensure Quality**: Conduct regular call monitoring and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards of customer interaction.
- **Foster Culture**: Create a positive,
competitive, and supportive team environment that celebrates wins and encourages continuous improvement.
**What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications**:
- **5+ years of experience** in sales management, preferably in a call center or lead generation environment.
- **Bilingual proficiency** in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to lead teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for performance metrics and continuous improvement.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience managing remote or hybrid sales teams.
- Familiarity with U.S. market sales strategies and customer expectations.
- Background in B2B lead generation or appointment setting.
