We are looking for a bilingual **Training Lead (Advanced English Required)** to guide and empower our clients through structured, effective training in accounting and financial operations.

**About the Role**

The **Training Lead** plays a vital role in ensuring credit unions achieve operational excellence by following detailed, standardized accounting procedures. Through comprehensive training, this role helps enhance team capabilities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive sustainable growth within client organizations.

You’ll design and deliver training programs related to financial systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) processes, while providing strong analytical and technical support to client teams during onboarding and implementation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Education Management**, **Pedagogy**, **Psychology**, **Business Administration**, or a related field




- ** 3+ years of experience** training credit unions in financial and business resource systems
- Strong background in **ERP planning**, **financial system implementation**, **ETL processes**, or **data conversion**
- Hands-on experience with **SQL**, **XML**, **Java**, **IntelliJ**, and **Microsoft Office suite**
- Experience solving analytical and technical issues with clients
- Solid knowledge of data migration, conversion, and integration protocols
- Familiarity with **Agile methodologies**
- Advanced **English proficiency** (Bilingual - C1 level required)
