Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and exceed client expectations.
3. Staffing Services:
- Leverage knowledge of staffing services to promote and sell our offerings to potential clients.
- Stay informed about industry-specific trends and market demands related to staffing and workforce solutions.

Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure a seamless flow of information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and adjust as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Familiarity with staffing services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven and self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
