This is a **remote position**, and you will be working with our design and production teams to create precise, technical patterns that align with our clients' vision and specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop accurate and detailed digital patterns for a wide range of garments including men’s, women’s, children’s, and lingerie.
- Collaborate closely with designers and production teams to ensure patterns meet design, fit, and production requirements.
- Modify existing patterns to enhance fit and production efficiency.
- Ensure all patterns are created with attention to detail, accuracy, and are production-ready.
- Communicate clearly with the team to address any potential production challenges related to patterns.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, materials,



and cutting-edge production techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in pattern making, preferably across various garment types.
- Strong technical knowledge in men’s, women’s, children’s, and lingerie garments.
- Proficiency in pattern-making software such as Gerber, Optitex, or Lectra.
- Experience working with digital and physical patterns.
- Excellent understanding of garment construction and production processes.
- Detail-oriented, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines consistently.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with sustainable or eco-friendly fabrics.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced fashion production or manufacturing environment.
