We are now looking for a **dynamic and positive Quality Assruance Analyst** to join and strengthen our growing operations in **Colombia**.

**About the Role**:

- Review and analyze the quality sample of the clients for whom it applies, to ascertain the accuracy with which the client qualifies Besedo.
- Maintain constant communication with your manager, team leader(s) of the assignment, Team Manager, Client Partner or Assignment Manager to report trends that may be impacting the results.




- To document the minutes with key trends and errors for socializing during monthly quality meetings.
- Participate in weekly meetings with clients to stay updated on rules and changes in processes.

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:

- Have an English Level B2 - C1. Additional languages is a plus.
- Have high attention to detail.
- Fashion knowledge is a plus.
- Analytical thinking.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Be adaptable and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Be aware and reliable: commitment is one of our core values!
- You must live in Bogotá, Colombia.
