**AI Engineer**

We have developed and are testing our second MVP and will be seeking seed money in the next month. As our AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping fast-track our service to the world in the next few months by deploying MVP3.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking an innovative and hands-on AI Engineer to help build and fine-tune the core AI infrastructure behind our platform, including multi-LLM workflows, AI agent systems, and prompt engineering pipelines. Working under the direct supervision of the CTO, this role requires a builder who is excited about designing state-of-the-art AI systems from the ground up using modern tools like CrewAI, Cursor, and the latest LLM frameworks.

**Key Responsibilities**

**AI Agent & Multi-LLM Workflow Development**
- Design and build multi-agent AI systems using CrewAI and similar orchestration frameworks.
- Develop and optimize multi-LLM workflows that chain and coordinate language models for complex marketing tasks.
- Engineer, iterate, and maintain prompt libraries to maximize LLM output quality and consistency.
- Build and optimize recommendation engines, predictive models, and NLP solutions to support platform features.

**AI Infrastructure Design**
- Architect scalable, efficient, and reliable AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with our cloud-based platform.
- Collaborate with the engineering team (under CTO guidance)



to build and maintain a robust AI pipeline, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Leverage Cursor for rapid AI-assisted development and codebase management.

**Data Processing and Analysis**
- Work with large datasets to extract actionable insights, develop training data, and ensure data quality.
- Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and experimentation for high-performance model outcomes.

**Monitoring and Optimization**
- Continuously evaluate model and agent performance, retrain, and fine-tune to ensure optimal output quality.
- Develop and implement monitoring tools to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and fairness across AI workflows.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Educational Background**
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

**Professional Experience**
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying machine learning models or AI agent systems in production environments.
- Hands-on experience building multi-LLM workflows and orchestrating AI agents (CrewAI or equivalent frameworks strongly preferred).
- Proficiency with prompt engineering — including system prompts, few-shot examples, chain-of-thought, and evaluation methods.




- Daily use of Cursor or similar AI-assisted development environments.

**Technical Skills**
- Programming Languages: Strong command of Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- LLM & Agent Frameworks: Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, or other LLM providers; familiarity with CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Data Processing: Experience with pandas, NumPy, and SQL for data management and analysis.
- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable AI deployment.
- MLOps: Experience with automated pipelines, model monitoring, and deployment practices.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex AI projects from concept to production.
- Certifications: AI/ML certifications (Google Cloud ML Engineer, AWS Certified ML, etc.) are a plus.
- Languages: Spanish proficiency with English fluency a plus.

**Soft Skills**
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to break down complex problems and develop practical, AI-driven solutions.
- Communication: Strong ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including the CTO and founders.
- Builder Mentality: Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup with evolving requirements.
