What You Will Achieve
Core Responsibilities
Senior Operations Specialist core responsibilities include:
- Engage with selected markets / verticals for all their requests.- Ensure process documentation is maintained up to date for data & transactional processes.- Act as a country expert for any issues with Delivery Team Leads- Share best practices across the General Operations Services Center team.- Deliver data validation and stewardship for data sets in scope.- Deliver reporting and analytics to Biopharma Operations colleagues.- Deliver data extractions from multiples databases.- Deliver calculation, attainment, monthly data upload,
validations and reporting of Field Force Incentives.- Provide analytical support and expertise for all data process in scope.- Propose and deliver solutions and ideas for any problems and issues faced.- Prioritize requests and manage workload according to plan.- Follow SLA & guidelines and timeline established for the team and meets SRT KPIs.- Deliver high quality service for any activities in scope.- Propose continuous improvement of processes in scope.- Develop Subject Matter Expertise for one or more data process in scope.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 3+ years experience in service delivery, shared service delivery or sales operations.- Service oriented/Customer service mindset.- Excellent IT literacy/knowledge required (technology savvy).- Experience in data stewardship, reporting and analytics delivery.- Preferable knowledge of commercial processes or business analytics processes (knowledge of data sets such as IMS, Cegedim One-Key, Internal sales, Field Force activity, etc.).- Advanced Excel Skills (working wi
