Full-Time Remote Marketing Helper - Social Media + Leads
(Colombia Preferred - Work From Home)

We are VASCO, a small company in Lehi, Utah. We fix and paint office buildings, hang TVs and whiteboards, and install strong shelving in warehouses (like Amazon). We have lots of happy customers who come back again and again. Now we want to get more new customers, especially before our big trade show in April.

We need one good person to handle our social media follow up on new leads. You will work full-time (40 hours a week) from home in Colombia.

Your daily work:
- Make 7-10 posts every week for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook (photos, before/after pictures, quick tips)
- Make our profiles look clean and professional (no more old pictures from before)
- Set up sales calls or site visits
- Help get ready for the big trade show in April

What we pay:
- $1,200 -$1800 USD every month as a base depending on experience
- Paid every bi-weekly
- Extra bonuses:



$10 for every new appointment you book + more money if that customer pays us.
- Plus $150 extra per month if your posts are good
- 2-week paid test, then 30-day easy trial

You need:
- Live in Colombia
- Very good English (you can write, read and talk fluently)
- Know how to use Canva to design posts
- Have a good laptop and good internet access
- Available during Utah hours but remain adaptable around the team
- Be organized and get things done without someone watching you
