Micro, Small, and Medium Businesses (MSMEs) remain the backbone of economic growth across Latin America and the Caribbean, representing approximately 90% of businesses, over half of employment, and a significant share of regional GDP. In recent years, rapid digitalization, evolving customer expectations, and increasing economic volatility have reshaped the challenges and opportunities facing this segment. MSMEs today require more than access to financial products—they need integrated,
