and identify trends to make informed decisions about media placement.ResponsibilitiesManage budget and flighting updates in Lumina and Media ToolsProvide updates for all recurring budgeting needsHelp provide and oversee monthly savings documentsQA and update flowcharts and budget documents with accuracyTrack budget and flowchart changes with detail and organizationSupport strategy team with reach and frequency deliveries using Tardiis / NMIProvide audience and consumer insight data from syndicated tools like MRI and GWIProvide monthly global tracking updates for internal review and submissionSupport in building charts and slides for client presentationsHelp manage monthly competitive insight reporting and chart refreshes using data provided by competitive analystReview monthly billing against budget documents and flag discrepancies with strategy and investment leadsUpdate weekly TV goals based on the latest budget and flighting for submission to the National Video team; update weekly media highlights, coordinate updates with investment teams, and prepare client-ready slides for issuanceQualificationsB2 or above English language levelBachelor's Degree6 months - 1 year of experience in Media (Must)Microsoft Excel: Intermediate (Must)Google Campaign Manager: BasicData Studio: BasicMedia Tools: Intermediate#J-*****-Ljbffr
