**About the Job**:
You will **develop and maintain AI-powered features and products** within Blossom’s banking ecosystem, focusing on **integrating commercial AI models through AWS Bedrock** while building internal AI tools and automation systems.

Your work will include:

- Designing and developing APIs for AI services and integrations.
- Implementing and optimizing models from **Claude, OpenAI, and AWS Titan**.
- Building **agent-to-agent communication systems** (MCP Agents).
- Developing internal tools that boost team productivity through AI.
- Validating and testing model performance and system integration end-to-end.
- Leading **automated testing and monitoring** of AI models in production.
- Rapidly prototyping new AI concepts (POCs) and evaluating emerging technologies.
- Contributing to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across teams.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
Professional in systems engineering, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related fields.

**English**:
Basic to intermediate level.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years in software development (preferably with **Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript**).
- 1+ year working with **AI/ML technologies** (preferred).
- Familiarity with **AWS services** (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway).
- Experience in **financial services or fintech** (preferred).
- Strong foundation in **automated testing and quality assurance**.

**Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of **AI/ML frameworks** and willingness to learn emerging tools.
- Experience with **Git**, collaborative workflows, and **testing frameworks** (unit, integration, automation).
- Understanding of **SQL and NoSQL** databases.
