**Project Description**:




The purpose of the **USAID/Colombia Responsive Governance Follow-On activity** is to strengthen governance, public service delivery, public financial management, and citizen engagement across conflict-affected municipalities. The anticipated program will be based in Bogota.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience, Master's degree and 6 years of experience, PhD and 5 year of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the one or more of the following areas:
- Good governance
- Public Service delivery
- Transparency and accountability
- Civil society strengthening and civil society participation
- Public financial management
- Policy and advocacy
- Communications and Knowledge Management
- Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
- Gender Equity and Social Inclusion
- Operations management (finance, grants, logistics, procurement, HR, IT, security)
- These positions are strictly for local Colombian nationals.
