**Summary**: Lead Maintenance Work (Preventive, Corrective, Predictive and Proactive) of the plant assets, linking the Asset Reliability to the Productive Processes within the guidelines, standards, procedures, and established norms, in order to contribute to the achievement of the Cali Plant Goals.
Managing the Planned and Scheduling Work developed by Control and Planning Maintenance Department with Availability to respond to Plant Needs

**Activities**:
Rotative and Special Equipment Fundamentals to deliver good maintenance results. Such as pumps, fans, dryers, mills, centrifuges, heat exchangers, agitators, press, hydraulic systems.
Lubrication Fundamentals.
Predictive Maintenance Fundamentals.
Planning and Scheduling Fundamentals.
Design, Plan and Execute simple projects, working with the Reliability Manager follow the Maintenance Strategy at the Plant.
Implement Opportunities for Improvement.

**Education**:



Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

**Knowledge**: Unit Operations Fundamentals to utilize the Process Knowledge within Maintenance Perspectives.
SAP PM Fundamentals.

**Skills**:
Leadership to train, coach and influence others and build consensus and promote positive relationships.
Proactive., Innovative., Resolve Day-to-Day maintenance issues balancing tasks with Scheduled Maintenance.
Ability to work under pressure
Ability o execute multiple tasks in a short time
Capacity for confrontation and demand to achieve the results
**Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in rotative assets and preferably in Maintenance Work and People.
