Hi! I’m Tibet, based in Chile, a Sales Manager at WeTravel. We’re currently hiring a motivated and proactive Account Executive to drive our growth in LATAM. In this role, you’ll focus on bringing small-to-medium-sized, multi-day tour operators onto our platform—helping them streamline their operations and scale their businesses. I actually started at WeTravel as an Sales Enablement Manager myself, so I know firsthand how rewarding and impactful this role can be.
Our goal is bold: we’re building the world’s leading booking and payments platform for group travel/multi-day tour operators. You’ll be instrumental in expanding our footprint across the region and contributing directly to that mission.
**How We Work**:
At WeTravel, our Sales team runs lean, fast, and collaboratively. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle—from cold outreach to closing the deal—with a strong focus on volume-based activity.
What sets this role apart is the high degree of autonomy and accountability: you'll be expected to spend the majority of your time prospecting, demoing, and following up with qualified leads.
We embrace a consultative sales approach, using tools like HubSpot to manage pipelines and stay organized. If you’re someone who loves helping business owners and thrives in a high-energy, remote-friendly environment, this is the place for you.
**Why You Should or Shouldn’t Apply**:
- Are fluent in English and Spanish (and any other languages? Highlight them in your resume!).
- Are comfortable with high-volume outbound sales, especially phone-based outreach.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Are passionate about helping SME travel companies grow.
- Have experience managing or contributing to full sales cycles.
- Have worked in B2B tech sales, especially targeting SMBs.
- Have knowledge of HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
**You might not be the right fit if you**:
- Dislike making cold calls or engaging in proactive outreach.
- Are unfamiliar with consultative selling or full-cycle sales processes.
- Struggle with remote work autonomy or time management.
- Prefer a highly structured or reactive sales environment.
**On a Weekly Basis You Will Find Yourself**:
- Prospecting and calling multi-day tour operators based in LATAM region.
- Running consultative demos tailored to the unique needs of travel businesses.
- Managing your pipeline and follow-ups using HubSpot CRM.
- Closing deals and supporting onboarding to ensure client success.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly KPIs for outreach, demos, and new bookings.
- Providing market feedback to the wider team to refine product and messaging.
**Benefits**:
- Attractive compensation - uncapped commission. Base Fulltime Salary is $20,000 (USD) (On Target Earnings: Year 1 OTE = $50,000, Year 2 OTE: $80,000)
