**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
- Track and trace position.
- Enter all the information into the TMS (TAI Software).
- Make sure the updates are on time.
- Call on time the drivers and clients supervising the freights are picked up and delivered in a proper way.
- Quoting.
- Booking and following up the booking.
- Customer service.
- Accounting.
**Requirements**:

- Good customer service skills.
- Willing to learn LTL processes.
**Minimum requirements**:
- **Studies**: High School or Bachelor's Degree.
- Desirable** LTL **experience.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1 preferred.

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5;00 pm.// 9:00 am
- 6:00 pm (We work by the US calendar)
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
