**Responsibilities**
- Lead the day-to-day work of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team
- Ensure adherence to key performance indicators, defined processes, and industry best practices
- Run training, onboarding, and enablement programs for new and existing team members
- Coach, motivate, and support the team across professional, technical, and emotional needs
- Confirm the team understands and uses the sales methodology and cadence effectively
- Conduct recurring performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback
- Enforce compliance with company policies, including data protection standards
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and external partners to align strategies
- Identify and mitigate risks such as performance issues or burnout within the team
- Champion career development and build growth plans for team members

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience




- At least 1 year in a people management or team leadership position
- Proven background in Sales or Sales Development
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Advanced skills in reporting and data analysis
- Familiarity with developing and implementing training programs, playbooks, and standard operating procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong analytical approach
- Proficiency in training, coaching, and delivering presentations
- English language proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher, both written and spoken

**Nice to have**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Telecom, Pharma, or Manufacturing
