This is a remote position.

**Schedule**:Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (8 hours per day / 40 hours)

**Position Overview**:As a Community Manager, you will play a vital role in building, growing, and nurturing our Facebook Group community. You will be responsible for managing and moderating discussions, fostering positive engagement, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our members. If you are a social media enthusiast with a passion for community management, this role is perfect for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Facebook Group Management**: Create and manage a network of active and vibrant members inside our Facebook Group related to personal development, entrepreneurship, and real estate investing. Develop and execute strategies to increase group membership, engagement, and overall community growth. Monitor group discussions, respond to member inquiries, and facilitate productive conversations.
- **Content Creation and Curation**:Generate and curate relevant content to keep group members engaged and informed. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling posts, polls, and announcements.
- **Moderation and Conflict Resolution**:Maintain a respectful and inclusive atmosphere within the groups by enforcing community guidelines and policies. Address and resolve conflicts or issues among group members in a diplomatic manner.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:Track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of community engagement strategies. Provide regular reports on community growth, engagement levels, and member feedback.
- **Community Advocacy**:Act as the voice of the community within the company, sharing insights and feedback to improve products and services. Build strong relationships with key community members and influencers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.




- Proven experience in community management, particularly on Facebook Groups.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organization skills and calendar management.
- Proficiency in content creation and scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle challenging situations and maintain a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
- Passion for our industry and a genuine interest in building online communities.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
