At ScotiaTech we want you to be part of a Team that is always in personal and professional growth, for this reason we are looking for our new Quality Assurance Functional AssociateWhat will you do:UAT leadership and coordination: Plan, execute, and oversee UAT testing for multiple projects, assessing release risks, managing deployments, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, executing manual and automated tests, and recommending releases to Production.Quality management and defect resolution: Analyze test results, document evidence, lead defect triage sessions, collaborate closely with development teams to resolve issues, and elevate risks or blockers when required.SDLC support and project collaboration: Partner with project teams throughout the software development life cycle to ensure business and technical requirements are met, providing assessments and recommendations during project reviews.Technical expertise and continuous improvement: Maintain deep knowledge of banking applications, integrations, and UAT environments; provide technical guidance, train junior analysts, and identify opportunities to improve UAT processes and methodologies.Operational, resource, and cultural leadership: Forecast workloads,
