Publicis is looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Audience Strategist (Manager Level) to join our offshore team.This role is critical in supporting the development of connected paid and owned media strategies, leveraging insights from multiple platforms and tools.You'll collaborate closely with strategy leads, media planners, and CRM teams to drive performance through smart, insight-led audience recommendations.OverviewTraining & EnablementTrain and mentor other strategists on tools, data, processes, and audience development best practicesCreate enablement materials such as templates, walkthrough guides, and case studies to support capability and upskill across the agency teamsStay current with platform updates, data trends, and audience capabilities to identify innovation opportunitiesResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Analyze first-, second-, and third-party data using various platforms to uncover insights that shape targeting strategies and identity audience opportunitiesTranslate behavioral, transactional,



and engagement data into actionable segmentation approaches across CRM and mediaDevelop and optimize multi-channel audience strategies that connect paid media (social, programmatic, search) with owned channels (email, SMS, site personalization)Produce clear and concise insight decks and audience briefs to support campaign planning and executionMaintain ongoing documentation of tools used, audience segment libraries, and performance learnings to enhance repeatabilityQualifications4–6 years of experience in audience strategy, CRM, or digital media strategyHands-on experience with tools like GWI, MRI, Epsilon PeopleCloud, Stat Social, Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Audience ManagerDemonstrated ability to derive and translate insights into targeting recommendationsExperience working within cross-functional teams across media and CRMComfortable working in fast-paced environments and collaborating across time zonesExperience supporting North American or European agency/client teamsFamiliarity with identity resolution and cleanroom environmentsUnderstanding of integral data privacy considerations for audience strategy#J-*****-Ljbffr
