What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable Elasticsearch architectures and indexing strategies for complex datasets.
- Optimize search relevance through advanced tuning of analyzers, mappings, and scoring functions.
- Manage and scale production‑grade Elasticsearch clusters, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain search‑related microservices and integrations using Lucene‑based technologies.
- Monitor cluster health and perform capacity planning to support growing data and query volumes.




- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define search requirements and improve data discoverability.

What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on search infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in building and operating search systems powered by Elasticsearch.
- Proficiency in designing index strategies and performing relevance tuning.
- Hands‑on experience with Elasticsearch cluster management and Lucene.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
