Role Overview
We’re seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high‑performing infrastructure. You’ll be a key player in automating deployments, enabling observability, and ensuring continuous integration and delivery in cloud‑native environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage Azure‑based infrastructure using Terraform (IaC) .
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes (AKS) clusters with advanced networking, Istio , and Pod Security configurations.
- Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and alerting through Datadog .
- Manage ArgoCD for GitOps‑based deployment workflows.
- Secure infrastructure using Azure Key Vault , RBAC , Network Policies , and WAF .




- Collaborate with developers and architects to define infrastructure best practices .
- Maintain scripting tools using PowerShell, Bash, and YAML .
- Implement and manage network components: Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, DNS, API Gateways .
- Optimize storage and compute services: Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Azure Functions .

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in DevOps/SRE roles, with strong focus on Azure environments .
- Expert‑level knowledge of:
- Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- Datadog for observability and alerting
- ArgoCD and GitOps workflows
- Strong knowledge of:
- Scripting (PowerShell/Bash)
- RBAC, WAF, Blob Storage
- Experience with GitHub for source control and collaboration

Nice to Have
- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD
- Familiarity with Azure API Management or advanced Application Gateway configurations
- Experience with serverless solutions on Azure
