You will create solutions-focused ideas to ensure client success. You will play a direct role in the growth, change and innovation of the business by establishing strategic plans and initiatives. You will contribute first hand to the company's ambitious annual revenue growth goals.**

**As Sr. Director of Operations, you will**:
- ** Oversee a team of Subject Matter Experts who maintain services and operations for TaskUs clients and provide strategic consulting on the clients' global customer experience strategy**
- **Manage one of TaskUs' top client relationships, with potential to expand into a portfolio of Integral-headquartered businesses**
- **Partner with TaskUs client(s) to continuously improve their process and technology to streamline their customer experience**
- **Interface between TaskUs client(s) and TaskUs operations to ensure TaskUs client(s) are receiving the world class services we are known for, and TaskUs employees receive the necessary training and development as needed, to be the best in the outsourcing industry**
- **Grow TaskUs client relationship(s) by identifying and consult on new services or optimizing services to existing client(s)**

**Required Qualifications**:
- **5+ years of experience leading large scale global contact center operations in a mixed outsourced and in-house environment**
- **3+ years leading client services or consulting efforts for an organization, preferably in BPO**
- **Well-versed on a global scale with evolving digital trends and the Global startup and scale-ups ecosystem**
