**About the Role**
At Salutem Medical Management, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks Specialist to support our financial operations. If you’re passionate about accounting, process efficiency, and precision in financial management, this role is your chance to shine.
**What You'll Do**
- Manage accounting records using QuickBooks and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Prepare reports and assist with financial analysis for decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accounting standards and resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize additional software tools as needed to optimize processes (to be determined).
- Support the recruitment and onboarding processes with timely financial insights when required.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Accountant or Economist or related backgrounds with QuickBooks experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional proficiency in English (C1 level preferred).
- Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to varying workflows.
