**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.

**Job description**: Seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join their team, the agency provides a full-service of marketing and are dedicated to deliver exceptional results for their clients.

**Responsabilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and curate captivating content including text posts, images, videos, and infographics tailored to each platform and audience demographic.
- Manage social media accounts including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring, while actively engaging with followers through comments, messages, and interactions.
- Stay abreast of social media trends, topics, and conversations relevant to clients' industries, utilizing insights to inform content strategy and campaign optimization.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including graphic designers, content creators, and marketing strategists to develop and execute integrated social media campaigns aligned with clients' objectives.

**Soft Skills**:

- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Avid social media user with a deep understanding of current trends, including video trends and influencer marketing.
- Self-starter with a creative mindset and strong grammar skills.
- Familiarity with US social media landscape and trends.
- Previous experience coordinating social media for US-based companies.

**Hard Skills**:

- Proficient in experienced social media management.
- Editing reels using software like CapCut and knowledge on how to use Canva.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
- Understanding of brand voice and ability to craft resonating captions aligned with brand identity.
- Background in marketing preferred.
