About the role

We’re looking for a **Senior AI Engineer** to design, build, and scale AI-powered systems used in real-world, high-impact environments.

This is an **end-to-end ownership role**, from system design to production, including performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do
- Design and build **Python microservices (FastAPI)** for real-time inference and data processing
- Develop and maintain **LLM-based pipelines and agent workflows**
- Own AI systems end-to-end (design, deployment, monitoring, optimization)
- Integrate AI models into production systems
- Build evaluation and monitoring systems for model performance
- Optimize performance, latency, and cost of AI systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in **backend development with Python**
- Experience building **production AI systems (not just models)**
- Hands-on experience with:





- LLMs and agent-based systems
- RAG pipelines, vector databases, or similar
- Experience designing scalable systems (high traffic / real users)
- Experience working with APIs and microservices
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- **Fluent English (C1+), required for daily communication**

Nice to have
- Experience with frameworks like **LangChain, LangGraph or similar**
- Experience with **FastAPI**
- Experience with **vector databases or graph databases**
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g. healthcare, fintech)

Note

This role requires strong hands-on experience building AI systems in production environments. We are not looking for purely academic or research profiles.
