**Responsibilities**:
**Primary duties will include**:

- Engage client in meaningful dialogue and identify unstated needs or financial goals that may be achieved by further utilizing company services, products or tools.
- Facilitate inbound/outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who already indicated interest in our platform and provide support for existing customers.
- Being part of a team dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer experience.

**Technical & Market-Related Responsibilities**
- Place Spot FX, CFD’s and Commodity trades, provide quotes and facilitate discussions regarding equity markets, fixed income markets,



international markets and economic conditions
- Trade research/Quotes

Qualifications:
**To land this role you will need**:

- BS/BA Degree preferably in Finance, Business Management/Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with customer management.
- Integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong command of computer and typing skills: ability to navigate 4-5 software systems simultaneously.
- Ability to calculate the liquidation values of the products we offer.

**Working environment**:

- Full time (Monday to Friday), with an indefinite contract.
- Hybrid setting: 4 days in-office and 1 day from home.
- Compensation: $3'550.000 COP/Month + health and life insurance.
