**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Listen actively and resolve inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Deliver conversational, natural interactions even when following a script
- Adapt to shift requirements,
including weekends and holidays
- Operate effectively both as part of a team and independently
**Qualifications**
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-energy work environment
- 2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
