Role Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and providing valuable insights based on proactive and assigned business research / projects
- Managing Stakeholders
- Managing vendors
- Ensuring the excellent execution of projects related to assets delivery, inventory management and basic pad troubleshooting (Logistic)
- Tirelessly work for improving, efficiency, automation and escalated processes and tools
- Owning small projects
- Coordinating outsourced team performance (5 - 6 people)

Role Qualifications:
- Professional degree (Business administration or related fields desirable)
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team / team management
- English proficiency - B2/C1
- Excel proficiency
- Proven experience handling team performance
- Proven experience elaborating reports
- Excellent attitude, charismatic, champion heart
- Analytical
