**What success looks like in this role**:

- Supports Business Unit and acts as point of contact for all real estate and facility management activities.
- Works with the management team to establish the short and long term strategy for portfolio management in a integral economy under the direction of senior leadership.
- Provides management and direction of 3rd party transaction management firm for lower value lease negotiations, acquisitions of real estate and divesture of surplus company properties.
- Manages portfolio infrastructure operations and investments under the direction of senior leadership.
- Contributes to business strategy.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CPA Certified public accountant
- Minimum of 5 years of real estate or business experience
- Experience handling multiple regions and states.
- Demonstrated experience in market reviews, site acquisition, and disposition.
- Strong analytical skills.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High detail-orientation with an ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment.
- Extremely organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Availability for after hours calls
- Advance level in Excel - Oracle/Fusion - Power BI
- Experience in Manage operating plan / Financial Forecast / Variance Analysis
