Position: Quality Control Specialist

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform live assessments of all company products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Assess the performance of dealers and presenters to ensure they align with company quality expectations
- Spot and report any discrepancies or deviations from approved quality standards to the relevant teams
- Regularly check and ensure that live studio equipment is functioning properly
- Adhere to and enforce all Quality Control Department policies and procedures for live casino products
- Continuously observe live products to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication




- Knowledge of the technology and equipment used in live casino environments
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards governing live casino operations
- Strong accuracy and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards
- Proficient in PC usage, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other relevant software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
