Arka HR Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of 2-4 sales representatives. This role is adecuado for a strong leader with a proven track record in sales management,

**POSITION GENERAL OBJECTIVE**
Drive company sales by bringing new clients to the organization.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Team Leadership**
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of 2-4 sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
**Sales Strategy Development**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
**Sales Operations**
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, promptly addressing concerns and resolving issues.
**Collaboration**
- Work closely with Marketing and Product Development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide sales insights and collaborate on new initiatives.
**Business Development & Client Engagement**
- Arrange meetings with potential clients to present company services.
- Persuade clients by highlighting product benefits and key features.
- Work with internal teams to submit proposals to new clients in a timely manner.
**KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent
- 2-5 years of sales experience
- Proven experience in sales management or leadership
- Proven sales experience
- Ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Project management
- HubSpot (a plus)
- Monday App (a plus)
