**Business Development Manager - U.S. IT Staffing & Nearshore Technology Solutions**
Location: Colombia - Remote. Employment Type: Full-Time
**About the Role**
EXSquared is a growing organization delivering technology-forward staffing and nearshore consulting solutions to U.S.based clients. Our services span custom software development, data engineering, AI solutions, and IT staffing — partnering with enterprises to drive innovation and business transformation.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a hunter mentality: someone who thrives on building pipeline from scratch, opening new accounts, and closing deals with decision-makers in the U.S. market.
**What You'll Do**
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the U.S. technology sector across IT staffing, nearshore teams, and custom software development services.
- Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline using CRM tools and prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Engage with C-level and VP-level stakeholders to understand their needs and position tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with delivery and recruiting teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and pipeline KPIs.
**What You'll Bring**
Must-Haves
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales within IT staffing, nearshore outsourcing, custom software development, or related technology services.
- Proven track record opening new accounts and meeting sales quotas.
- Experience engaging senior decision-makers at U.S.based companies.
- Solid understanding of staff augmentation, SOW models, and U.S. tech market dynamics.
- Fluent English (C1/C2), both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
**Nice to Have**
- Established network of contacts within U.S. technology companies.
- Familiarity with AI, cloud, or data engineering services.
- Experience with tools such as ZoomInfo or Apollo.
